Our Mission

“To help develop Guntur Medical College and Government General Hospital—Guntur, as the premiere modern medical education facilities for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students, staff, and the medical community at large.”

GMCANA is a nonprofit organization that serves our medical college and hospital by encouraging support for its advancement and promoting alumni interests and involvement in its various developmental activities in areas of need. GMCANA helps this process by providing the information regarding the progress and needs of our alma mater.

The association serves alumni by facilitating communications between and among alumni and our alma mater, and by sponsoring alumni programs and opportunities to provide continuing education at our college and hospital. Our goal is that this website will provide our alumni with a variety of services, including access to information.
